Last month I carried out the inspection of the roof of my house. As I was searching for a good roofing contractor, one of my friends suggested the name of ‘THE ROOFERS’. I called them and as decided, on very next day the team arrived at my place. They climbed on the roof and done the detailed inspection along with taking photographs. They prepared the inspection report immediately and offered me consultation about one or two problem areas. The entire process lasts for 3 hours. I was really impressed with the professionalism of ‘THE ROOFERS’ team. Thanks to them.

Arte Roofing replaced my roof on an insurance claim. Immediately after the skylight leaked and damaged the ceiling inside my house. They fixed the leak but are refusing to fix the damage inside the house.

Do not do business with these guys as they do NOT stand behind their work.

We are very happy with the roof & how well it turned out. Further, their crew was terrific! They were friendly & actually all seemed to enjoy doing their job. The clean up was awesome. I would highly recommend them.

I am thrilled and delighted with the new metal roof that I recently purchased from Zim Group.

Not only has it given me a strong and beautiful roof, relieving me of further problems in that area, but it has improved the air quality inside my house.

The explanation given to me of the qualities of the roofing were clear and it was less expensive than I had expected. The work was done promptly and the workmen were friendly and polite. Cleaning up was done thoroughly, and as a matter of course.

I wish I had known of this system of roofing years ago. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

We had a new metal roof, soffits, eavestroughs and leaf guards installed by Lucas O'Connor in April 2012. There were problems from the outset with rain running behind the eavestroughs and down the walls.
After the first snow in January this year (2013) some of the eavestroughs became detached and many of the leaf guards fell off. We also had snow and ice slamming from the upper to the lower roof as Mr O'Connor had told us we did not require snow stops with a metal roof.
Mr O'Connor then told us that the advertised warranty does not include snow (In Ottawa ? - we have this in writing!) and what we have experienced could be expected in an Ottawa winter. (None of our neighbours had any problems, even those with metal roofs) We have since determined that very few screws were used to attach the leafguards, possibly because of product incompatibility with the eavestroughs (can't do it)and the eavestroughs screws do not go through to the fascia board.
So far Mr O'Connor has refused to remedy the faults, leaving us with no option but to progress to small claims court.

Comments : Just a quick note to let you know that we are very pleased with our new roof. Must say, the crew you sent were very courteous, professional and very hard working. Considering they had to remove three layers of old shingles, a very labour intensive preparation, they took it all in stride and put in a very long day and left our property cleaned up and tidy, so koodos to those guys. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Cedric, very congenial and helpful in every respect.

Had my roof done 2 years ago by Jim and still no leaks or problems. Work was done on time and price was less than other quotes I received. Since then, 2 of my neighbors also had their roofs re-shingled by him.

GREG'S SERVICE LEVEL IS SECOND TO NONE. HE FOUND THE LEAK AND REPAIRED IT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE PHOTOS I RECIEVED AFTER THE VISIT

We had our eavestrough and downspouts done by Copperworks canada and are extremely happy with the work they have done on our custom home. There installers were exceptionally polite and very clean with there work. I would definitely recommend this company was very Impressed with the end results!!
